The Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council has published a list of Telegram channels that spread Russian disinformation in Ukraine.
"We publish the list of Telegram channels that actively disseminate misinformation and participate in campaigns to destabilize the situation in Ukraine. We remind you once again that these are hostile channels! Information resources controlled by the Russian Federation have already outgrown the status of propagandists. Their destructive activities are aimed at the civilian people of Ukraine and have a single goal – to sow fear and panic among Ukrainians. This is nothing but terrorism – informational terrorism. All those who spread misinformation and fakes only openly contribute to the terrorist activities of the Russian Federation, " the Center said.

Earlier, the Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine compiled a list of Ukrainian Telegram channels promoting pro-Russian narratives described in the "Dictionary of Russian Propaganda." The National Security and Defense Council has previously developed a glossary that is recommended for fighting Russian propaganda and informational influences. The Center for Counteracting Disinformation analyzed the accounts of some personal blogs and Telegram channels that responded to this glossary.
In the morning of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a decision on a military operation in Donbas. A series of missile strikes on military objects in Ukraine, and a descent operation in the Black and Azov Seas followed the announcement. Russia attacked the border in five regions and from Crimea. In a video address to Ukrainians in connection with the start of the war, President Volodymyr Zelens’kyy announced the imposition of martial law. The Verkhovna Rada, Ukrainian Parliament, supported the imposition of martial law in Ukraine. 300 deputies voted for this decision.
